Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. However, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once the product shipment has commenced.
Return requests can be initiated under the following conditions:
- If the product specifications received differ from those mentioned on the product page at the time of order.
- If the product received is damaged.
- If the product received is different from the one ordered.
- Upon receiving the order, ensure that the product is unopened with the seal, price tag, and product intact to facilitate resale. Additionally, in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products received, a video of the unboxing process is mandatory.
Return request cannot be processed for the following conditions:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear
- Improper usage of the product
- Any unauthorised modifications made to the product
- Products once used won’t be accepted for a return request
- Products which their labels are removed
- Products purchased during a sale or on discounts
- The return request should be due to any unforeseen quality issue & be legitimate, not just that you didn’t like it.
Store credits or exchanges will be provided for all returns once the product has been received by us after deducting the courier charges within 10 days.
